Ok, lets just say the day was really, really, really LONG.

First off, the PATI: The maping questions I felt were the same or even easier then on this site. The arithmitic, problem solving and "whats the next pattern" I found to be REALLY EASY. The syllogisms were so so some of them were a little tricky. What I found to be really HARD was "what one didn't belong" they were so tricky you really had to look and concentrate on those. I found I had about 15 - 20mins left to review the whole test.

Second, the WCT I found to be really easy just think Who, What, Where, When, and How and you should be ok. Print clearly and don't use words you can not spell just keep it simple and to the point!

Lastly, the PREP. The phisyical I found really easy. The pass time is 2:42 seconds on the pursuit and restraint. I tried to go through the obstacle course quickly and take my time on the push and pull. When you are finished try to stay lose too many people drank water and sat around. You might have to wait a little longer then the minimum 10 mins and you will stiffen up. The shuttle is approx 6-7mins long, 4-5 laps for half a stage. Honestly, PACE YOURSELF and you should do ok! It really is easy, I did no training and I passed.

Take some food and drink with you my PREP was the last component, so you might feel a little drained after the written test.

Anyways good luck to all!!

cheers!

I would like to say that this site is fantastic. I am studying police foundations at centennial college. Anyone else out there also from centennial?
Can anyone tell me if taking a course to get training in firearms (restricted and non-restricted) safety? What about kung fu?
I think I'll get back into acting workshops to build stage presence for the BIG interview!

Without violating anything you signed, could you maybe give some info as to the amount of fractions that are involved in the actual test. When I atteneded the Toronto info metoring session they seemed to make a big deal about fractions, and the sample test they had us do was mainly fractions fractions in the math portion. Just wondering if this is a good place to brush up on.

Thanks.

ummm nothing to really panic about. Honestly I finished the math section in probably in 5-8mins really EASY. The section that slowed me down was the "what doesn't belong". I had about 10-20mins to spare as well.
