well all I can offer is just be yourself. They don't want text book answers they want to know that your RCMP material as you are. That being said. It is alot like any other job interview you have ever had except more in depth. Take some time this evening and go over your past work and life experience. Make lists of experiences. (I recommend lists of 5) Lists of: times you were the leader, times where you were the directed, times you dealt with conflict at work and another of conflict during your personal time, times you were under alot of stress and how you handled it. These are some of the questions they may ask you. There will be others. Try and spend time tonight getting all of these things into the front of your memory so when you are asked the questions you don't have to stall. Saying things like umm, ahh, ohh, etc... are not qualities of a good speaker. You can avoid these by preparing answers to the most common interview questions. (think of your poly questionaire and past employment interviews) Hope that helps.

Got the call today. 26 days after I ran my PARE I got the call for my Interview and I have 8 days to prepare. For those who lost count that puts my interview on the 6th of June. I am confident that I'll do well. In fact this is the only part of the application that hasn't worried me at all. Yes I am knocking on wood right ... ..... ..... ..... now. I'll let you know how I did.
