So I just got my test results back from ATS about the WCT I wrote on Oct.13, and they failed me again.
The first time, they said I failed the comprehension and the conclusion aspects of the test; this time, I failed only the conclusion.
So, apparently I comprehended what happened just fine, I just wasn't able to give them the conclusion they were looking for? Is it just me, or is this test complete f$&%$ing bull$hit? I had all the facts they were looking for. I documented my conclusion based on those facts. I even spoke with quite a few cops afterwards to see if they thought my conclusion was correct based on the evidence; all said it was. So someone PLEASE explain to me why ATS seems to think I can have every fact they're looking for, but not give them the answer they're looking for. I know we can't discuss the test on this board, so if anyone would like to rehash it, please feel free to email me at howe132@yahoo.com to compare notes.
I know what I put was not wrong, so yeah I'm very pissed at the moment. I now have to put my life on hold for another six months and pay these people MORE money so I can move forward. Unbelievable. The worst part is that I can't even go into their office and argue my test result. BUT if I keep reading mystery novels, I'll pass eventually  !

Hey... why can't you go and ask ATS what you are doing wrong so you can correct yourself??? That doesn't sound unattainable....
Just explain to them that you do not have the money to keep forking out and you would like some kind of clarification so you don't make the same mistake twice.

Not to be nosey.... just thought i'd try to help ya...

I had tried to call and argue with the folks at ATS, but I was just told there was no way they could review my test or help me out with some direction of where I had gone wrong.
Anyway, I was pretty bitter when I wrote my first post on this (I had just gotten my result), so I don't want to give anyone the wrong impression. I'm pretty sure I know now where I went wrong in their eyes, even though I still don't think my answer was technically wrong. In any case, I've got until April to think about it so I'll just try to think positively about it until then.

Good luck to everyone.
