WOW...
I went there unprepared and boy....Did I suffer through the whole thing....
My time was 4 minutes but the worst part was I went second...and the first guy was so good...he made it look too easy...I think he got like 2 min 30 seconds.........anyway....i guess i gotta get in shape.....but...wow....
it was so much harder than what i saw on the internet....
How were yours?

well your first time. Did you go in there guns blazing. That could be why you suffered. 23 seconds laps is your ideal situation and then just blast the push pull.

i did the pare in 2:56, i was the fastest that day, unfortunetly i was deffered for other reasons,,,,cant wait to do it again :)
