Anyone knows anything about how CSIS hires?

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to get into CSIS and how their hiring process works? Depending on how my Constable applications turn out, I might be interested in field operations with them as an alternative.

Thanks for the link but I guess I was not clear enough in my post. What I'm looking for is: what does it take/who can you contact/how can you stand out to get in. I've been applying for the last 3 years to get in, but I never got any further than the "thank you for your application but..." part.

I'm a military college graduate, obviously ex-military, engineering degree, high-tech experience, bilingual, project management experience, you'd think I would at least get some interesting feedback, but there is obviously something I am missing, since I can't get further than correspondance acknowledgements.
