Hey everyone, I just got an e-mail from the peel recruiting bureau stating that i was unsuccessful in the interview. I can re-apply in 3 months which is cool but what are the chances of me getting an interview again. Is it possible to call recruiting and find out where i need improvment, because I think i was really nervous and have not given the clear information. Anybody been in the same boat?
Thanks
Just got the same email tonight too. Maybe they send them out on Thursday's!
I passed everything first time around, and felt the interview went really well. Who knows?
All I know is they did not contact any of my references......

Hey Deacon, I thought the interview went really well....but it was 2.5 hours long and the reason I believe was the fact I was really nervous because It was my first interview ever,(and they can't have nervous police officers) but now I know what it's about and I'm gonna go in there and pass the second time. To answer your question, the first interview was alot of information to cover about yourself, so just be yourself and have some interesting stories to tell about your life experiences(I know i'll be prepared next time)
Let me know if you need any help!!

They are looking mostly for life experience more than anything, just how you handle yourself in stressful situations ie. during the interview, age is around 21 to 35ish and someone else posted a really good interview question post on here, basically it was dead on the money.
