I go at the end of August for my Prep test. I have been running a mile and a half, bike two miles, then run a mile and a half. Any other suggestions? I'll be running the beep test as well with a weight belt for the next 2 and a half weeks.
I also weight train every other day.

My tip is to not over-train.

You sound to be in good shape for the prep. It's easy, so don't psych yourself out. I wouldn't bother training to the beep test, just keep doing what you're doing and you'll ease through it.
