It's not hard. I am 6'3" You have momentum going into the 4' wall. So as you aproach, you place both hands on top of the wall, your right or left leg on top and then swing your opposite leg under neath and kind of vault back down on the other side. You can go and take a practice PREP with ATS on any Sunday the test is in Thornhill. Just prebook and go. They will take you through the whole PREP. Many Police Services also have a practice PREP that you can go to and is free. Just preregister with that service.

Hi! That was what I was the most scared about during my PREP test. I am a female and 5"5'. The easiest way is as mentionned above : put both hands on the wall and bring up your left or right leg. Mostly everyone does that because you have to have 3 points of contact on the wall (for safety reasons). Trust me, tall enough, so it will be a breeze. I did the test for the first time during my test and I didn't get to practice and I got a time of 2:26. So, no worries. Good luck

Very good advice given. Also, while approaching the wall see if you can time it so when your hands are placed on top of the wall it is done while you spring/jump with your legs; allowing upward momentum of your body, then select a leg/foot to touch the top while propelling over.
Your height is in your favour.
Good luck!

I don't know about ATS but the OPP gives you 15 minutes to look things over and give tips on how to do things. Just ask questions. Everyone there helps everyone out as well.

ATS does the same, along with giving a complete full course demonstration (did when I was there). If your not one of the first people to do the pursuit/restraint; you can see how others execute it, picking up possible tips.
