I'm doing my BPAD on February 7th. I'm wondering about two things. If the person in the video is female is it bad to refer to her as "mamme" and if its a male refer to him as "sir". I personally hate these terms, but don't know what else to call people when you don't know their name. Any suggestions?
Also, I've read conflicting advice on whether or not to represent yourself as a police officer (ie...starting off the scenario by saying "I'm Constable Henry Smith with the Toronto Police, I'm here to help you.....") or not.
