Hi everyone! I'm just here to share more good news with you all. I have passed the BPAD and i have received my O.A.C.P Certificate of results...WOOOHOOOO! :) It just goes to show you that hard work pays off , and if you really want something badly, you will do anyhting to achieve it. Do NOT give up on your dreams people.....even if you fail the first time, do not despair......i failed the PATI on the first go around and it would have been easy to say \" this is too hard, forget about it\"....but i really wanted to succeed and i would not let that temporary set back get to me. I worked doubly as hard and look at me now.....well on my way. Thank you policeprep....without this site there is NO way i would have passed those tests. I'm a believer and i want you all to know that it is worth every penny :)...Good Luck to all of you!:)
Hey Renee Congratulation on passing but the hard part is still ahead...It can be a long process but worth it in the end...Where abouts are you goin to apply too>???

Ottawa and Toronto i guess..but Ottawa is my first choice. Now that i have my O.A.C.P the panic has set in...lol Getting through those interviews is not gonna be easy but i'm hoping for the best. I still have to go and get my CPR training and get some more volunteer work under my belt before actually applying. I'm hoping that my chances will be good....i am female 5'10 and i'm also black.....Otattwa is currently seeking to hire more visible minorities...atleast thats what i saw on their site. What's your situation?

Make sure to keep that PREP up to date. It'll expire faster than you think!
Renee, did you have this website accessed when you failed the PATI the first time?? or did you sign up afterwards?

Hi...i signed up after i had failed...if i had found this site before writing the PATI then i would have passed the first time for SURE!

did you find the matching and series section of the PATI easier compare to the practice tests on this website? I feel that some of the pictures they give you and answers on this site are soo vague.

Hi just another guest...yes i did find the series and matching sections of the PATI to be MUCH easier than whats on policeprep. On policeprep some of the answers are very tricky and detailed, and \"vague\"...as you said in your post. On the real test the solutions are much more obvious and you do not have to dig so much for the most minute difference. But i will say that policepreps hard tests in fact gives you an advantage come time for the PATI because you are so used to looking for the smallest difference that the PATI answers will literally jump out at you...its quite amazing really:)...The PATI is oevrall easier than policeprpe...so if you are scoring between 80-90 on the practice tests, you will be just fine on the PATI....i talk from experience;)....Good luck.

Thanks for the quick response. I am working towards getting 80%avg on these practice tests before I write the actual PATI. I'm having difficulty with english syllogisms and some of the problem solving questions, which I seem to take up alot of time in getting to the actual answer. How was the problem solving section on the actual PATI?
