I'm looking at buying a new pair of runners, for all of you runners out there what are your favorites? I have been wearing Nike Shox and they just aren't cutting it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)
Thanks, Bella

I am not a running shoe expert by any means but I had great experience with a pair of Saucony's that I bought about 8 years ago. I wore them for gym class and working out during post-secondary. After a couple of years, I bought a new pair of shoes only because I felt that it was time and that the Saucony's might be wearing on my feet (I went to the gym a lot). However, after buying a new set of Nike's, I ended up wearing the Saucony's again for a while.
Eventually I needed to designate one of my pairs of shoes as the "bridge jumping" set... so I wouldn't cut my feet walking out of the water. They are the comfiest water shoes ever!

I bought a pair of ASICS gel shoes. Most comfortable shoes I have. They can be pricey, I paid $150 for mine, but worth the investment if you plan on doing a lot of running. I am not a die hard runner either, so when I was looking for a new pair of shoes I went to a running store that specializes in running shoes. They were able to tell me what type of runners to buy for my type of foot. ie. high arches, wide foot etc.
But what it always comes down to is personal preference. Good luck with the search
