PATI Being Changed?

I wanted to put this out to anyone that might have heard about the PATI being changed. I know that the WCT is being changed according to a post on here. I just wondered if anyone had heard the same about the PATI.

I don't believe the PATI is going to be changed as it just changed over from the GATB a while back. The WCT has been in circulation for quite some time and they feel that is time to be changed. So as far as I know, the PATI is staying.
