I am just wondering what the best way would be to prepare for the BPAD?

Like the \"guest\" said, its good to practice with some of the clips here on the site. But of what I`ve heard, just be yourself, and use common sense. Depending on the situation, if you see a lady in destress, dont respond as if she`s got a gun. Use compassion and authority where needed.
