View Full Version : question
is it true that opp is a little easy going with the girls when it come to do the physical?
The great thing about the testing - whether it be with ATS; OPP; or PEEL is that they don't care if you are male or female; or what colour you are. At that stage everyone is treated equally.

I can tell you that when i took the Prep with ATS, it didnt matter who you were, what size you were or anything. Everyone had to meet the same time and the same 6.5 in the beep test. As for being a girl, I did the same thing the guy next to me did. Its about preparation. There were a couple of girls that failed, but a lot of guys failed as well.
I bought this and it helps A LOT. Great for this and any kind of training.

FYI.....................
BDV,
Is this a new site that is being started???
Not sure - It is a guy that assists with the hiring process once you get your O.A.C.P. Certificate. He helps with the LFI and ECI stages. His site will be offering alot of tips for FREE - Including Exercise Routine to train for PREP - I took the guys course and his site is going to be amazing.
Thanks............

I know that if you are female, specifically with Peel Regional, that they have different physical standards for women as opposed to men in regards to how they test you.
Females, for instance, don't need to do \"full\" push ups in the sense that they can have they're knees touching the mat in order to complete a push up. Also, in regards to the 1.5 mile run, they're timing standards are extended accordingly.
Thats about all I know from Peel's aspect...
