Explain a PEACE BOND please?

Can anyone please explain how a peace bond works through the Canadian Court system? What kind of police record would follow a person after that process?.

Peace Bond is generally used for disputes. Court Order basically to stop unwelcomed behaviour.

The indication I have been given is to make sure it is voided. Even then, it will come up in your background check, so you better be able to explain it!
