Hey there this is a question for anyone who has gone to OPC. Im not a very strong swimmer at all. Im thinking about taking lessons, but just wondered how much of the physcial component is aquatics? and if its is mandatory to pass?

We were actually just told at our OPC Orientation that you don't need to know how to swim. They will make you take a learning class; but it is not really a pass / fail thing.

The swimming component is a no brainer. You won't get flunked out of OPC for not being a good swimmer. I suck in the water. They teach you the basics, that's about it.
