Yes, that is what everyone reffering to.

Some are here, some are on other sites.

You can acquire a firm grasp on the types of questions you'll answer without having to pay for full tests. Everyone goes on about the Wonderlic tests, they have several practice tests about the place.

Even then, you dont need to do them to pass everything. I had very little to do with practice tests etc on here and im now 6 weeks into academy.

One thing i will advise though is brush up on the interview quiestions (thread in here somewhere with the actual questions). I did really well in everything but got smashed by the interview. Bought my rating down from an A to B+.
