i'm wondering if anyone has a good workout to practice doing the body control stimulator. I'm worried i'm going to be wasting too much time at this one. I'm doing my ats testing mar. 22 in london-- anyone else?

I had a hard time with this one because I am shorter, especially the push. I had to put the pad under my chin and I used my legs for the push. I could only get the weight up half way due to my height. The pull was easier, I just crunched down and kept a low stance.
Don't worry though - it is better to take your time on this one and make up the time on the run around and the fence. There is plenty of time to run quickly around the fence/stair circuit, do the body stimulator slowly and pull the body.

Thanks Jenn for your reply. I'm short too and didn't realise i'd have a harder time with it due to being short. I better go practise pushing and pulling 70lbs.

Oops-- sorry it kept saying it ran into problems sending mail, so i kept submitting message again. I'll get the hang of this.

No probs - it happens to the best of us :wink:
The bench press will really helped with the push portion, and when you go into the machine use really extend your body using your legs.... another disadvantage of being short - good luck.
