Hi i am again appearing for my WCT test in some days. Can someone tell me if i have to mention that car 1 overturned ( its both sides and roof are damaged)

If there is damage on the roof and on the side, I would most definitely state that it flipped over. You would have to state what exactly happened. There is a good chance that a witness may have seen it too.
