SUGGESTIONS

Hey guys im just about to put out some applications for Toronto and York. My dilema is Ive done hospital security just for over a year, we recently just lost our supervisor who was a great guy and now he is being replaced with a individual who was a former employee here and now is our new supervisor. I particularly dont feel he is the best guy for the job. Now do I look for other employment? or should I stick it out with the job untill I hopefully get hired? any suggestions

You gotta do what's right for you. If you're not happy with the hospital, go somewhere else. There's nothing wrong with doing a job that's not LE related. There were lots of people at OPC with me who never worked a security job in their life.
