failed BPAD,

Hi all,

just received a letter stating I did not meet standards, it seems to me the easiest of all and was very confident, quite shocked to hear that.

the feed back I received that I lacked in interpersonal and problem solving skills.

any help / suggestion ????

also any body here who have failed the Bpad?

lacked in interpersonal and problem solving skills, hmmm I'd say practice using the examples on the site and just get more comfortable talking to the TV/Monitor. Also maybe take a non-violent crisis intervention course or something along those lines it will teach you the skills required to vebally defuse a situation such as the ones shown during the B-PAD.
