E.C.I. Help!

Just wondering if anybody knows if it's possible to get coaching for the E.C.I. I hear Toronto has mentoring sessions but you can only go if you apply to them. I'd love to sit down face to face with someone who knows what they look for and get some advice.

Any other E.C.I. tips would also be appreciated.
