Does the point form have to be in order

I was wondering, on WCT, if the point form (list of events etc) has to be in order.

I've been making a list of relevant info and then going back and numbering them so that when I re-write my conclusion I can write it in a more chronological order.

How important is the "notes" page?

From all I hear, the notes page is vitally important. Its just as important as the written essay.

The points page is just as important and the summary. The WCT is based on a traffic violation, it is a well known fact so with that in mind, the best way to get it right is as follows:
1. read the passage once in its entirety;
2. read it again taking all the relevent information and writing it down (I put it in columns with each column for a specific vehicle, and a column for other relevent information not related to the vehicles)
3. Write your synopsis using all the relevent information from your list (ie: On this date, at this time, at this place the following occurred, etc)

If you ensure that all the revelent information is on your notes page as well as in your synopsis, you will soar through it.
