Dummy Drag Style

I'd like so feed back from people who have done the dummy drag and maybe done it more than once and used different techniques each time to see what way people feel is the best.

I think there are only two ways you are allowed to drag the dummy one is with your hands around the dummy's wrist and drag it by the arms and the other is a fireman's carry your arms under the dummy's armpits and it's back to your chest . I have never seen anyone do the fireman's carry in the three times I have done the prep and there has been a good hundred people or so there each time.
