Concluding Statement
I have a questions about the concluding statement. On the PolicePrep website for the WCT you look at the concluding statements in regards to traffic collisions and a lot of them say that either the driver was following too closely, not paying attention, or speeding. Some of the practice WCT don't really state if either of these were a factor and in the Answer Section it states all three as the conclusion.
So, when writing the WCT for ATS, if no information is given about the driver that caused the collision, is it expected that we conclude that either the driver was following too closely, not paying attention, or speeding? To me this is an ambiguous conclusion and not a solid statement.
Any info would be awesome as I'm doing my testing this Sunday!!!
