Ottaw LFI or ECI

Wondering if anyone has gone through the interview process with Ottawa recently? If so I would appreciate any info, insight, resource suggestions to help prepare in advance......just in case....I am just preparing for stage 2 in a couple of weeks! Thanks in advance!
