Has anybody recently had an ECI with York. What I would like to know is how many people were in the interview, how long it was, and what type of behavioural questions they asked.

Normally - there are 2 Recruiters in the ECI Interview. The ECI can last as little as 1.5 hours - but as long as 6 hours depending on your examples and explanation process. You will not have anyone provide the questions - due to confidentiality agreements signed.
i have heard that the interview for york is very easy, and I wouldnt worry about it, I have been talking to a lot of officers on york, who have been on the force max. 2 years, and they all say that the interview is a breeze, but that it is mostly first impressions.
