Whats the best way for training for the prep(shuttle run) on the treadmill. from the beggining of the test? I have my run ATS in 26 Days, but i caught a really bad cold, and dont want to practice my run outside anymore, because its freezing outside, so the treadmill is my only option. I already know i can do it, so its not about making it better, I have gone to 8.5 before, but because of my cold I am worried about it, should I postpone my test, has anyone ever done the Prep with a throat infection, I dont know what to expect and I dont want to waste my money
