    how far to run..........

.......... to get rid of the 22 pound turkey, 4 liter gravy, 15 pound of chocolate, 22.743 jelly beans and 12 bags of cookies I killed during the holidays? Any suggestions???

Well I followed all the rules (cookies only have calories if you eat the whole thing at once, if you break little pieces of it has no calories), and so on..... but somehow level 8 on my treadmill feels harder then 3 weeks ago......

Good start in the new year everyone!

Just remember to increase the incline to +1 degree when on the treadmill. This best simulates what it`s like to run outside. Train how you fight.

And I would like to add, a good balance diet will make you fit better.
