Hey everyone,

New to the forum.... as you can see by the title, I am currently in New South Wales! I have just sent off my application to QPS two weeks ago... now I'm on the long waiting road, which i don't find fun at all! I wish this process was a little bit quicker, this is the second time I have applied to the QPS. The first time was four years ago, and obviously was unsuccessful due to the need for more 'life experience'! Which i think was a fair comment at the time! If successful, I have to somehow get my partner and all of our house contents up there asap! Which my wife and I are looking forward to! So hopefully i won't let her down.... Has anyone else recently applied?

I'm a little bit anxious about the interview, so I'm trying to prepare for it, currently stumped! Also trying to study most of the tests! So any pointers out there that can help me on the way it would be greatly appreciated! I have fast tracked my application, already completed the Physical Test at the PCYC, completed First Aid Certification, PEMS! So just waiting for that letter to get here! It must be taking the longer road!

Anyway, good luck to everyone, hopefully we all get what we are striving for.... Entry into the Queensland Police Service ASAP!
