Hello, I have recently started the application with a police force. I did the aptitude test and afterward did the POPAT. It has take me a few months to get my time down to 22 seconds per lap. However, this time on the 5th lap, after I jumped over the mat and turned to the stair case I fractured my right venacular bone and ended the test immediately. I have never had anything like this happen to me before. On a good note, the recruiter asked me back to redo the POPAT when I am fully healed and capable in getting the same time again. Now, I also am unable to work for a month due to the injury. How do I go about telling this to the two other police forces I am applying for?
