Assuming the BPAD video is of an officer stealing money, and the video shows it, should we assume that he stole it or ask questions? I understand we are not to assume things but when it's right in front of us, can we just say put it back?
In another incident where the officer pulls over a vehicle for speeding, can we assume he was in fact speeding and let him know, sir you were speeding, I need to speak with you. |

If you pull a car over for speeding, you don't assume that he was speeding - you know that.
If you see another officer taking money - same thing - you know it as well.
To ask him to put the money back is not enough here, you might want to let him know that you will report that.
But remember, the BPAD is not in the first place about what you say, it's about HOW you say it. Whatever you say has to make sense - but you are not a cop - yet! They want to see HOW you react in situations like that.
