Maybe running on a treadmill is better and less demanding on my shins?
Im hoping it will warm up so that I can start running on grass! |
Shin splints can be caused by a number of different things--but I find adding extra arch support to my shoes and wearing light support around the area below my calf does wonders for mine. _________________ COR: Oct 19/09 |
