| I am looking to apply for the RCMP soon, but I was wondering is there was a lot of math related question on the test. I am not so good at math so I would need to study harder in this area. Also, how would rate the rcmp exam: easy or hard? Is Police Prep a really good source to study from? Also, what is teh passing mark for the RCMP and will it be relativley easy to get hired because I heard that they are in a "recruiting crisis" |

It's not that bad, 2+2, 3x3, stuff like that. Don't sweat it, you'll do fine. The passing mark?? All depends who you ask I guess, some say 3.2, some 3.5, some 3.8. One of the great misteries of the R.C.M.P.. _________________ I do it because I can, I can because I want to, I want to because you said I couldn't. |

| The pass mark is 3.20 or better. The Police Prep guide on the RCMP website is a great tool to use!!!! I found it helped a lot!!!! Also, the key is not to go into the test nervous and don't second guess yourself on the answers!!! All the best! |

Scooby,
Just so you are aware, once you reach the age of eighteen (based on your previous post you were 16 in December 2009) which is the minimum requirement of RCMP you must also meet another requirement and that is to be 19 years of age to be hired as a full time regular member. Once your application has been submitted and because the RCMP is not going through a recruiting crisis, expect at least a two year waiting period from the time you submit your application. |

So since your 16 now and the way things are going with RCMP process I say send your application today and you may get a depot date by the time your say 21. Hey people this kid might be on to something.
Sorry guys just trying to make light of the long process we are all going through no matter what service you've applied to. |

X
Each proceeding letter is 3 place holders down from the one you are looking at. w follows V and is 3 place holders down from it, T follows S and is 3 placeholders down from it, X follows W so should be 3 down as well and therefore in the unknown place holder |
