Hi Everyone,
Just wondering if the beep test has the warning lines 2 metres from the 20 metre line, so in fact the distance is 16 metres and you have to get to the warning lines to be allowed to keep running, cheers |

no, they have cones at the 20m lines, you do it on a basketball court usually. You are allowed to miss the line twice in a row, on the third you are counted as out, if you miss it once of twice but make it on the third you are allowed to keep going.

| Policehopeful. Just put a marker at 0m and 20m. Then all you have to do it get a toe over the 20m mark each time. |
