York was playing hide and seek with his friends in the back yard. Mr. Snook drives a 1996 Toyota Camry. York Shao is the owner of a blue Norco Spitfire. York is 8-years-old. Mr. Snook was returning home from work around 4:30 pm. York remembers leaving his bicycle in the driveway just after lunch, around 1:00 pm. No one was injured in this incident. Mr. Snook states he did not see any kids in the area when he was returning home. There was no one in the vehicle with Mr. Snook.
